Easy Air Fryer Garlic Steak Bites

One more reason to love my Air fryer are these easy garlic steak bites in the Air fryer. I’m completely blown away by how easy it is to cook tender, juicy steak in the Air fryer that’s seasoned well.

If you’re wondering what steak bites are, they are steak cut into bite sized pieces, seasoned, sometimes marinated and cooked in a skillet, baked in the oven or in our case, Air fried. Steak bites are one of those perfect meals to cook in an Air fryer apart from potatoes.

The steak bites cook fast. I cook for 10 to 12 minutes for well-done steak bites which has a nice crisp outside but still tender and juicy on the inside. You can cook the steak bites for your desired doneness (medium-rare, medium or well done).

They are seasoned with a mix of garlic powder and seasoning, air fried until golden, and tossed in garlic and chili sauteed butter. So delicious! Since we aren’t marinating the meat we need as much flavors to stick to the surface of the meat. Hence the seasoning the meat before frying and then tossing it in seasoned butter afterwards.

Serve the Air fryer garlic butter steak bites with crispy air fried potatoes for a main meal or serve them on a bed of salad. Or serve these little morsels as an appetizer for any occasion. Since they are bite sized, kids love them and you don’t have to cut the steak for them.

Hello my name is Anna I tried this recipe for my husband & I , I used Ribeye steaks followed the recipe but I did add a Lil (no salt garlic& herb seasoning) & I also reduced the salt & pepper by half & im glad i did…I think next time I’ll use no salt & use maybe 1/4 tsp pepper or none til the end, it was extremely good& tender But it was too salty & the pepper I did use was even too much, other then that I loved how easy this was & tender & juicy , I’ve pan cooked these steaks before & they were tough & we did not care for them that way but by air frying for only 6 minutes it took the toughness completely away they were perfect.. honestly I’m making again soon just for us I’m eliminating the salt & pepper I think the low salt soy is plenty with the red pepper flakes- if I need any s&p I’ll add before I eat. Thank you for sharing this recipe

    1. You’re welcome Anna. I’m glad you like it. Soy sauce is plenty enough for a low sodium option.
