    Air Fryer Roasted Nut Mix

Roasted nuts are a well-loved snack. It's so addictive, makes a great appetizer, and guests love them! Air fryer makes roasting nuts a breeze so you can always whip up a batch in no time.

I have taken the roasted nuts a step further and made it gourmet with this Air fryer Sweet and Spicy Roasted Nut Mix. My family goes crazy over it! It makes a great appetizer or snack!

Unlike the store-bought roasted nuts, homemade nuts are so healthy and nutritious. I have included almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds(pepitas) and sweetened them with honey.

This recipe is so easy to make with a few simple ingredients. It's so versatile as well. Switch the nuts and seeds with your favorite nuts. I always have almonds and cashews in my pantry so that's what I used. Feel free to use pecans, walnuts, or even peanuts.

This honey-roasted nut and seed mix is lightly spiced with a sweet smoky flavor. Add more heat or spices if you want it fiery. I keep it mild so the kids can enjoy it as well.

Roasting this delicious snack will only take 10 to 12 minutes from start to finish in the Air fryer. That's why I love to make this in my Air fryer. It hardly takes any time. They are great as an after-school snack. If you're entertaining, you can make a batch at the last moment just before the guests arrive.

Sweet and spicy roasted nut mix makes a great gift. Wrap them in cute little plastic bags or bottle them in cute jars for gift giving!

Yes, you can Linda. I used regular parchment paper/baking paper and cut it into the size that fits my Air fryer basket.

Hi Kathryn, yes, you can leave the honey out. If you still want it sweet, replace the honey with brown sugar, coconut sugar or maple syrup.
