Recipe Tips
- Pick fresh sprouts: Go for ones that are bright green and firm. They’re sweeter and crisp up better.
- Toss the bad leaves: If any outer leaves look sad or spotty, peel them off so you’re left with the good stuff.
- Dry them well: After rinsing, pat the sprouts dry with paper towels. Too much water = soggy sprouts.
- Trim and slice: Cut off the rough ends and slice them in half. That gives more crispy surface area!
- Don’t crowd the basket: Lay them in a single layer so they roast, not steam. Cook in batches if you need to.
- Crisp them all together: Once all batches are done, throw them back in the air fryer for a minute to reheat and get even crispier.

Why Did My Brussels Sprouts Burn In The Air Fryer?
