The seasoning mixture is really good! Will try it on potatoes next.
Would I be able to prep this & freeze to make later
No, I don’t recommend that. Frozen vegetables when cooked release a lot of moisture and that sort of ruins the taste. You can prep them and keep it in the fridge for up to a week though.
First time doing Cauli in air fryer. So easy! I added Gochujang to mayo for a kick. Yum.
Hi Jude,
Thanks for your comment and I’m glad you liked it. Wow, Gochujang with mayo is such an awesome idea. I need to try it 🙂
super yummy!!!
Thank you!
This was delicious! Even my husband ate it. A few minor tweaks I made – I used chili powder instead of turmeric. It was delicious. And I like my veggies a little more done, so I cooked them for about 13 min at 380. Definitely a keeper and I shared with my daughters.
Hi Faye, thank you!
Left out the cheese but followed everything else spot on- only adding 3 minutes cooking time to get them a little more browned. This was so easy and delicious. The spices are so good and now I actually want to eat cauliflower haha. Thank you!
That’s awesome. Thanks Tori!
This turned out delicious! I had smaller flowerettes so I checked the air fryer several times and 7 minutes was perfect. They were crispy and I used your suggestion for seasoning without any changes. I liked that they were not breaded but very tasty. And you can’t get it any easier. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Lucy, I’m glad you like it. This is one of our favorites. 🙂
This was very good but didn’t come out crispy. What did I do wrong?
Hi Trina, it becomes crisp but not crispy like fries. You may need to reduce the heat and cook for a few minutes longer. Let me know if it works out.
I didn’t see recipe for dipping sauce. Looks wonderful going to try.
Thank you Tonya! I’ve added the instructions to make spicy mayo dipping sauce in the recipe. Enjoy!

Any ideas on what might be good to replace the cheese? I cant do dairy and am keto. Thanks!
Hi Kathie, you can omit the cheese. If you still want that crisp coating you can use about 2 tablespoons of almond flour.
