Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes
If you like sweet potatoes like I do, you’ll like these air fried sweet potato cubes. They get caramelized on the outside and soft, and fluffy on the inside. It’s an easy dish which comes together in less than 15 minutes.
All you need is a few pantry staples like oil and a few spices to cook this recipe. Sweet potatoes are naturally sweet and the spices balance it out. You can adjust the level of spiciness according to what you like. When I’m busy and don’t have much time for the oven or stove, this is one side dish I can always rely on.
Unlike Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes and Hasselback Sweet Potatoes these sweet potato cubes are best served as snacks with a dip just like Air Fryer Sweet Potato Wedges. But you won’t be at fault if you serve them as a side dish too.
