Air fryer tortilla chips are an incredibly easy and delicious snack to make at home. Ingredients

Corn Tortillas-Use either white corn tortillas or yellow corn tortillas for the best results. If you’re looking for a keto version, use low-carb tortillas. You can find corn tortillas in a grocery store near you.

Oil -Use your favorite oil, like olive oil, canola, vegetable, avocado oil, or coconut oil.

Salt – Himalayan or sea salt work great.

How To Make Tortilla Chips In Air Fryer

Cut the tortillas into triangles using sharp knife or pizza cutter on a cutting board. Brush little oil over each triangle using a pastry brush.

Sprinkle salt over each chip. Preheat Air fryer to 350˚F. Place the tortilla wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches to prevent overcrowding.

Air fry tortilla chips for 5 minutes flipping them halfway through the cooking time. When done tortilla should be golden brown and crispy.

*You may need to adjust the cook time according to the size of your air fryer.

My kids love cinnamon sugar tortilla chips and always ask for them when I’m making homemade chips. They’re so easy to make and and taste super delicious!

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp oil or cooking spray
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 350˚F.
  • Stack the tortillas and cut into triangles. Brush each triangle with oil or use a cooking spray. Season with salt.
  • Place the tortilla pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overlapping much. You'll need to cook the tortilla chips in batches.
  • Air fry tortilla chips at 350˚F for 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking time until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let the chips cool. Serve tortilla chips with salsa, guacamole or your favorite dip.

Notes

  • If using larger tortillas, you may need to increase the cooking time by a minute or two.
  • Flour tortillas may need less cooking time than corn tortillas. 
  • Add cajun seasoning, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, or chili powder, paprika, garlic powder for extra flavor.
