– Rice – Butter – Onion – Garlic – Broth or Bouillon cube – Dill – Lemon

Rinse the rice well until water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain and keep it aside.

Melt butter in a skillet and add onion, garlic and cook until onions are translucent.

Add the drained rice to the pot and cook for a couple of mins, stirring often.

Add the broth, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Give everything a good stir. Bring it to a boil on medium heat.

Cover and cook until all the water has evaporated. Fluff the rice with a fork, fold in the lemon juice and the remaining dill.
