Air Fryer Carrot Fries are a delicious side dish or a healthy snack your whole family will love. They're so easy, simple, and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 carrots medium sized, about ¾ to 1 pound
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the ends off the carrots. Peel carrots using a peeler or a paring knife. Cut the carrot into equal-sized pieces and each piece into thin fries.
  • In a large bowl, season the carrot with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss with olive oil to coat.
  • Preheat Air fryer to 390F. Place the carrot fries in the Air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 390F for 12 to 15 minutes shaking the basket halfway through until carrot fries are tender, crisp and slightly browned.
  • Remove the Air fried carrot fries and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • These carrot fries taste best when they're fresh. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
  • Reheat them in the air fryer at 375F for a few minutes until warm and crisp.
