Air Fryer Bok Choy Recipe
Air Fryer Bok Choy recipe is quick and easy and ready in just minutes. It's a tasty and healthy side dish for all your Asian inspired meals. Highly recommend the dipping sauce for extra flavor.

Rinse and dry bok choy.
Mix sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush the seasoning oil all over bok choy making sure to coat the insides of the leaves too.
Place the bok choy in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry bok choy at 350 degrees F for 6 to 8 minutes flipping halfway through until white stalks are tender and leaves are slightly crispy.
Mix all the ingredients for the dipping sauce. Remove bok choy from the air fryer and serve with dipping sauce. Sprinkle with more sesame seeds.
