4 Ingredient Bang Bang Sauce
This creamy, sweet, and tangy bang bang sauce comes together in minutes with just four pantry staples. With mayo, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, and a splash of vinegar, it's the dipping sauce you'll want to put on everything - chicken, fish, meat, you name it.
P.S. You'll get close to a cup of bang bang sauce.

Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir together until smooth and fully combined.
Taste and adjust - more sweet chilli for sweetness, more sriracha for heat, more vinegar for tang.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
For extra heat, add another teaspoon of sriracha on top of the tablespoon already in the recipe or red chili flakes.
Rice wine vinegar can be used instead of white vinegar for a slightly milder flavour.
A teaspoon of garlic powder and/or paprika is a great optional addition.
Storage : Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Stir before serving. Do not freeze.
