4 Ingredient Bang Bang Sauce

This creamy, sweet, and tangy bang bang sauce comes together in minutes with just four pantry staples. With mayo, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, and a splash of vinegar, it's the dipping sauce you'll want to put on everything - chicken, fish, meat, you name it.
P.S. You'll get close to a cup of bang bang sauce.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir together until smooth and fully combined.
  • Taste and adjust - more sweet chilli for sweetness, more sriracha for heat, more vinegar for tang.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add another teaspoon of sriracha on top of the tablespoon already in the recipe or red chili flakes.
  • Rice wine vinegar can be used instead of white vinegar for a slightly milder flavour.
  • A teaspoon of garlic powder and/or paprika is a great optional addition.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Stir before serving. Do not freeze.
