EASY HOMEMADE CROSTINI

WHAT IS CROSTINI?

Crostini: a.k.a "little toasts" is an Italian appetizer. Bread slices are drizzled in olive oil and toasted.  Crostini is used with dips, spreads or topped with various toppings.

Ingredients

– French baguette – Olive oil – Salt

Slice the bread into ½-inch thick slices, using a serrated knife.

Spread the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt.

Bake  until golden brown and crispy. Serve the crostini with your favorite spreads, various toppings or with a dip. Enjoy!
