Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the ground turkey until it’s no longer pink. Use a meat chopper or spoon to break down any larger pieces.
Add the oil and taco seasoning, and cook until the turkey is fully coated and cooked through.
Pour the salsa over the turkey and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. You can leave it slightly wet or cook a bit longer until the liquid reduces but the turkey remains moist, not dry.
Adjust seasoning and add salt or more taco seasoning if necessary.
