Extremely easy and utterly delicious sandwich spread made from canned wild salmon. Spread thickly on buttered toasts it makes a filling meal any time of the day !
Remove the thick bones and skin from the drained salmon. Add it to a mixing bowl. add the butter,chopped onions, green chilies,lemon juice and black pepper. Mix well. I don't use salt as the fish contains plenty of salt. Add salt if neeed.
Spread on warm toasts or sandwich between bread slices.
Notes
Can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container up to two days.Let the spread come to room temperature before using.
