Moist, fluffy, and chocolaty Oreo mug cake is a breeze to make in just 1 minute. This 3 ingredient mug cake is eggless. A quick and easy dessert to satisfy your cravings.
Process the Oreo cookies to fine crumbs in a food processor. Alternatively, place the cookies in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Transfer the oreo crumbs to a microwave-safe mug. Mix in the baking powder. Add sugar if using.
Add the vanilla extract and milk and blend with a fork or a spoon until it forms a paste.
Microwave the mug cake for 60 seconds. The top will look spongy and in some cases a bit fudgy in the middle. You can cook it for an additional 10 to 15 seconds if needed. Let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream and mini Oreo cookies.

Store any leftovers in the fridge covered with a lid or tightly wrapped in a cling film, making it airtight.
Reheat leftovers in a microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. Note that the texture might be different.
