Mix all ingredients - cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and black pepper, and blend thoroughly until well combined.
Store in an airtight jar until ready to use. Start with ¼ teaspoon and increase as needed, or use the amount per the recipe.
