Frozen Salmon in Air Fryer

A quick and easy air fryer recipe for frozen salmon! No thawing needed—just season and cook for perfectly flaky, tender salmon in under 15 minutes!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Frozen salmon fillets 4 to 5 oz each
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ cup Hot honey garlic sauce

Instructions
 

  • Rub oil on frozen salmon fillets, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place in the Air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Or until the internal temperature is 135°F.
  • Brush with hot honey garlic sauce and serve with extra sauce on the side or lemon wedges.

Notes

  • After brushing with honey garlic sauce you can air fry for a couple more minutes.
  • If you don't want to use a bottled honey garlic sauce, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp oil, 2 garlic cloves cloves minced and 1 tbsp red chili flakes to make the sauce at home.
