Air Fryer Lamb Chops

Ingredients
 

  • 4 lamb loin chops 4 to 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, and garlic powder to make the marinade.
  • Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade and place them in a dish to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the lamb chops in the air fryer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for a medium doneness. For well-done lamb chops, cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side.

Notes

Add chili flakes or red chili powder for more heat.
Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. You can reheat in the Air fryer at 350F for a few minutes.
Note if the chops had been cooked to medium initially, they'll cook more when you reheat them.
