Air Fryer Green Beans With Parmesan

This Air Fryer Greens Beans with Parmesan is so simple and easy to make. They're tender, crisp and so irresistible! Perfect as a quick side dish, it's vegetarian, gluten-free, and low carb.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves sliced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • grated parmesan cheese, lemon wedges to serve

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry the green beans with paper towels. Trim the ends.
  • Spray with olive oil, season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Add lemon juice. Toss to coat.
  • Preheat the Air fryer. Place the green beans in the Air fryer basket and cook at 400℉ for 6 to 8 minutes shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve warm with grated parmesan cheese and lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Pro tip - use pre-cut and washed green beans to save time.
  • Store - in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.
  • Reheat - in the Air fryer 350℉ for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Freeze - prep and flash freeze in a lined baking sheet. Transfer to a freezer bag and freeze for 3 months.
  • Cook from Frozen - 400℉ for 10 to 12 minutes.
