Crispy lemon pepper chicken wings in the air fryer are incredibly tasty! They're so easy to make with just 4 ingredients and healthy for you. Serve with ranch dip or your favorite dipping sauce and impress your taste buds or your guests.

Equipment

Ingredients
 

  • pound chicken wings separated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
  • Preheat Air fryer at 390˚F for a few minutes.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and add oil, lemon pepper seasoning, freshly ground black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You can use parchment or foil under the wings for easy clean-up. Make sure you leave space on the sides for airflow.
  • Air fry wings for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 5-8 minutes until golden and crispy. The internal temperature should be 165˚F when checked using a meat thermometer.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve with ranch dip or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Storage - Store leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 6 days.
Freeze - Once cooled, freeze the wings in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Let it thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating
