Air Fryer Pineapple With Cinnamon
This Air Fryer Pineapple with Cinnamon tastes like grilled pineapple! It's like having a taste of summer without the heat! They are healthy and great as a snack or a dessert anytime!
- 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced around 8 to 10 rings
- ¼ cup brown sugar plus 2 tablespoon to sprinkle
- 3 tbs melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Cut the pinepple into rings or quarters.Add the pineapple along with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Preheat the Air fryer at 380F for 5 minutes.
Line the Air fryer with parchment paper and place the pineapple slices. Sprinkle more brown sugar on top.
Air fry at 380F for 12 to 15 minutes until the slices are browned on the edges..
You can turn the pineapple slices and grill on the other side for 1 or 2 minutes, if you prefer.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
- Store - in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
- Reheat - in the microwave or Air fryer.
