Ingredients
 

  • 1 pineapple, peeled and sliced around 8 to 10 rings
  • ¼ cup brown sugar plus 2 tablespoon to sprinkle
  • 3 tbs melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pinepple into rings or quarters.Add the pineapple along with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Preheat the Air fryer at 380F for 5 minutes.
  • Line the Air fryer with parchment paper and place the pineapple slices. Sprinkle more brown sugar on top.
  • Air fry at 380F for 12 to 15 minutes until the slices are browned on the edges..
  • You can turn the pineapple slices and grill on the other side for 1 or 2 minutes, if you prefer.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Store - in an airtight container in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
  • Reheat - in the microwave or Air fryer.
