-Vegetables -- Broccoli -- Red pepper --Mushrooms --Zucchini --Onion -Oil -Worcestershire sauce -Garlic powder -Dried oregano -Black pepper -Salt
Chop the red peppers, onions and zucchini. Slice the mushrooms. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
In a large bowl, add the vegetables, oil, Worcestershire sauce, spices and toss well to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 400˚F. Place the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry vegetables at 400˚F for 10 to 12 minutes until tender.
