How to Make Air Fryer Blueberry Scones

Bake these delicious blueberry scones in the Air fryer for breakfast or snack in just 10 minutes. They are soft, full of blueberries and tastes amazing! They’re great with a dollop of whipped cream or on their own with a cup of tea!

Tools needed: - Air Fryer - Large Mixing Bowl -Knife

Ingredients: Blueberries Flour Sugar Salt Baking powder Egg Milk Butter Lemon zest

In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar,salt and baking powder.

Add chopped cold butter to the flour and mix until you get coarse crumbs.

Add beaten egg, lemon zest and milk and mix together to form a loose dough.

Gently stir in the blueberries.

Dump the dough into a floured surface and knead until not stcky anymore. Cut into 8 wedges.

Arrange the wedges in the air fryer basket. Mix an egg yolk and milk and brush on the wedges. Sprinkle some demerera sugar.

Bake at 350F for 10 minutes or until golden on top.
