Homemade Air Fryer Pizza Rolls or Pizza Pinwheels
A fun way to serve pizza, these Air fryer homemade pizza rolls are made from scratch with an easy homemade dough! Filled with your favorite topping and oodles of cheese they make a perfect snack or a comfort food!

In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and give it a good stir.
Mix in the chopped cold butter to the dry ingredients with your fingers.
Add the yogurt little by little and mix until you get a soft sticky dough. Knead lightly until smooth.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into about 10"x15" inch rectangle. Place the the rolled on a plastic wrap.
Spread the pizza sauce on top and layer it with toppings-pepperoni, onions, red peppers, olives and cheese.
Roll the dough up tightly, cover it with a plastic wrap and freeze it for 15 minutes.
Preheat the Air fryer for 5 minutes. Cut the dough into 12 slices, trimming off the ends.
Place the cut side up on the air fryer basket. Cover it with foil and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until the rolls are baked and golden.
Remove the foil and sprinkle more cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
Storage - store the pizza rolls in the fridge, covered for 3 days.
Freeze - pizza rolls can be frozen in a zip lock bag in the freezer for 3 months.
Reheat - in the microwave or in the Air fryer at 320F for 5 minutes.
