Air Fryer Crispy Roast Potatoes
These Air Fryer Roast Potatoes are the best! They are crispy and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside and so addictive. Such an easy and healthy side dish or snack!

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Cut the potatoes into 1" to 1.5" pieces
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the Air fryer basket.
Roast for 10 minutes at 400F. Take the basket out, flip the potatoes. Roast for another 10 to 12 minutes until golden and tender.
Serve warm with chopped parsley. Or your favorite dressing or dip.
Flip the potatoes halfway using tongs or a small spatula. Don't shake the basket as potatoes might break or not flip at all.
Storage - store leftover potatoes covered in the fridge for 3 days. Reheat them in the Air fryer until warm.
