Equipment

  • Blender, Milk Frother

Ingredients
 

  • 8 to 10 ounce coffee, brewed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or Coconut oil* (See Notes)
  • Sweetener (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add brewed coffee, butter and MCT oil or coconut oil to the blender. Add your preferred sweetener if you are using any. Blend until it's frothy.
  • Pour to your favorite coffee mug and enjoy.

Notes

Use hot, brewed coffee.
Use caution when blending hot beverages in the blender.
If you're new to making bulletproof coffee start with 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon MCT oil.
Your body needs to get used to the MCT oil. Start with 1 teaspoon and increase. If not, it will be an unpleasant experience.
Add sugar free syrup or one packet of stevia, monk fruit blend to sweeten the coffee. 
You can reheat the bulletproof coffee in the microwave.
