Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer at 400˚F for 5 minutes.
  • Toss the mix vegetables with olive oil, salt and black pepper in large bowl.
  • Place the seasoned vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry vegetables for 12 to 15 minutes until fork tender and crispy on the outside, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Serve warm.
