Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Slice the bread into ½-inch thin slices, using a serrated knife.
Spread the bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye so they won't burn.
Remove from the baking sheet and let it cool before serving.
Serve the crostini with toppings, spreads or dips.
