Air Fryer Egg Bites are a delicious, protein-packed breakfast or snack that comes together in minutes. Healthy, and full of flavor, they're easily customizable.

  • 6 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup chopped chicken sausages or ham, bacon,

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 340˚F. Grease the silicone egg bite molds with oil or cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs with cream, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of your choice of chopped meat, chopped spinach and shredded cheese into each of these mold. Add egg mixture carefully into the molds about 3/4 of the way full. Stir the ingredients in. `
  • Place the egg mold into the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry eggs for 14 minutes until cooked through. The tops will be golden brown and crispy. Check each egg bite for doneness with a toothpick. The toothpick should come out clean. If not cooked through, air fryer for a couple minutes more.
  • Remove the egg bites mold from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes. Loosen the egg bites out of the mold with a spoon and they should come out easily.

Notes

Cooked and chopped veggies like broccoli, carrots or chopped bell pepper, mushrooms can be added.
Store - leftovers in airtight container in the fridge for a week.
Reheat - in the microwave or reheat in the air fryer at 340˚F for a few minutes until warm.
Freeze - individually wrap egg bites in a plastic wrap and transfer them to a freezer bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight or at room temperature if you're eating the same day.
