Instructions
Cut the steak in to bite sized pieces or 1" to 1.5" inch cubes.
In a mixing bowl, toss the steak in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce.
Preheat the Air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Arrange the steak cubes in a single layer in the Air fryer basket.
Air fry to your desired doneness. (Medium rare-135°F, Medium- 145°F, Well done-160°F). Start at 4 minutes and check every minute if you like the steak medium or medium-rare. I like to cook mine for 10 to 12 minutes. Or until golden.
While the steak is in the Air fryer, melt the butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and red chili flakes.
Saute until garlic is golden. Toss the finished steak in garlic butter. Stir until well combined.
Serve warm with chopped parsley.
Notes
Storage- store cooked steak bites in the fridge in an air tight container for three to four days.
Freeze - freeze uncooked steak with the marinade for 3 months. Cook in the Air fryer for an extra few minutes.
Meal prep or make ahead - Undercook the meat so when you cook they'll be cooked perfect.
