Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes russet, yellow, red or baby
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp red chili flakes
  • chopped parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Cut the potatoes into 1" to 1.5" pieces
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the Air fryer basket.
  • Roast for 10 minutes at 400F. Take the basket out, flip the potatoes. Roast for another 10 to 12 minutes until golden and tender.
  • Serve warm with chopped parsley. Or your favorite dressing or dip.

Notes

  • Flip the potatoes halfway using tongs or a small spatula. Don't shake the basket as potatoes might break or not flip at all.
  • Storage - store leftover potatoes covered in the fridge for 3 days. Reheat them in the Air fryer until warm.
