Air Fryer Brownies
Easy to make fudgy, gooey Air Fryer Brownies are to die for! They are decadent and luxurious with an intense chocolate flavor. Pair warm brownies with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert!

Add sugar, cocoa powder, salt to a mixing bowl and mix well.
To the dry ingredients; add the melted butter, egg and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Add the flour, chopped chocolate and mix it in until there are no lumps and flour is fully mixed in.
Grease and line a 7 inch thin baking pan. Pour the batter to the baking pan.
Air fry at 320 degree Fahrenheit for 20 to 22 minutes. Or until the top and sides are set. The center should be be a bit jiggly.
Let the brownie cool in the air fryer for 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the air fryer using mitts or tongs.
Transfer the gooey brownies to bowls and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
You can leave the brownie to cool and cut it into pieces too.
Storage - Keep the leftover brownies covered at room temperature for 2 days. In the fridge for 7 days.
Warm the in the microwave before serving, if you prefer.
