Perfect Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs {Easy Peel}

Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside with the eggs on it.
Cover with lid and turn the valve in to "Sealing" position.
Press the pressure cook button and set it for High Pressure and the timer for 5 minutes.
When you hear the beep, let it naturally release pressure for another 5 minutes.
Once the 5 minutes is up, release the pressure by turning the valve into the "Venting" position. Let the pin drop.
Remove the lid carefully, remove the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of cold water and submerge fully. Let it cool off for 5 minutes or more.
Crack the eggs by rolling them on the counter and put them in a bowl of water for a few minutes. Eggs will easily peel off after that.
Hard boiled eggs can be peeled and stored in the fridge for 7 days.
It won't freeze well.
