Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 -2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • whipped cream to serve

Optional ingredients

  • 1 tsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp ghee or butter

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener in to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Add this spiced pumpkin milk, espresso and heavy cream to a blender and blend until frothy and creamy. If making a bulletproof pumpkin spice latte, add in the MCT oil and butter to the blender along with the other ingredients.
  • Pour into a mug and serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice

Notes

As for storage, it's best to drink it fresh. You can still keep it in the fridge for up to a day.
Net carbs is 4 grams per serving.
