-Greek yogurt -cucumber -Dil weed -garlic -olive oil -lemon juice -salt and pepper
Peel and grate the cucumber using a box grater.
Using a fine mesh sieve, remove the excess liquid from the cucumber. Or use a cheesecloth to squeeze the extra water.
Whisk together greek yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
