Ingredients

-Graham crackers -Butter -Granulated sugar -Cream cheese -Sour cream -Vanilla extract -Large egg -Strawberries(frozen or fresh) -Lemon juice

Add the strawberries and sugar to a saucepan and cook until most of the water has evaporated and the strawberries are soft.

Mash the strawberries with the back of a spoon or a fork and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, mix crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon until it's crumbly. Place the crumb mixture in each muffin liner.

Into a bowl add cream cheese, sour cream & sugar. Beat on high speed. Add beaten eggs & vanilla extract and beat till mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the filling equally onto the crust in 12 muffin liners. Add a teaspoon of strawberry sauce and swirl into the cheesecake.

Bake cheesecake in the oven at 350˚F for about 15-17 mins. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Cover and let it chill in the fridge before eating.
