Ingrediets: -Chicken(boneless, skinless thighs) -Minced ginger and garlic -Rice vinegar -Egg -Corn starch -Cooking oil -Chicken broth -Soy sauce -Brown sugar -Ketchup

Marinate- add minced ginger garlic, soy sauce and rice vinegar to the chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Coat the marinated chicken in egg and then cornstarch.

Preheat the air fryer. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket.

Air fryer chicken for 12 to 16 minutes or until golden and crispy.

To make the sauce, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar and ketchup.

Heat oil in a skillet, and saute ginger, garlic and chili flakes.

Add the sauce to the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the crispy chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with spring onions. Serve warm with rice.
