This baked Brioche French Toast Casserole is rich and heavenly! With simple French toast ingredients it only takes 5 min prep time and feeds a crowd. Perfect for lazy Sunday mornings, holiday or weekend brunches!
-Brioche bread -Eggs -Heavy cream -Milk -Brown sugar -Vanilla extract -Spices

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Use a tablespoon of butter to grease the baking dish. Cut the brioche bread into about 1.5-inch cubes.

Beat the eggs lightly in a large mixing bowl. Add the brown sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, spices and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.

Fill the prepared baking dish with bread cubes. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread.

Bake at 350˚F for 40 minutes. After baking, allow the casserole to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
