– Shishito peppers – Olive oil – Salt
Preheat Air Fryer at 380˚F. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Mix until the peppers are well coated with oil.
Place the peppers in the Air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380˚F until they get blistered and charred, shaking the basket halfway through.
Transfer the air-fried peppers to a serving dish. Serve them with lemon or lime wedges or your favorite dipping sauce. Enoy!
