How to Make Crispy Roast Potatoes in the Air Fryer

These Air Fryer Roast Potatoes are the best! They are crispy and golden on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside and so addictive. Such an easy and healthy side dish or snack!

Tools needed: Air fryer Knife Large mixing bowl

Ingredients: Russet, yellow, red or baby potatoes Olive oil Salt  Pepper Garlic powder Red chili flakes

Cut the potatoes into 1" or 1.5" pieces.

In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili flakes.

Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the Air fryer basket.

Roast for 10 minutes, flip and roast for another 10 to 12 minutes until golden and tender.

Serve warm with chopped parsley and your favorite dip or as a side dish.
