  • A splash or two of almond milk or heavy cream instead of regular milk

Ingredients

The ingredients to make this popular Fall beverage is simple and you probably already have it in your pantry.

  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Pumpkin Puree
  • Erythritol
  • Heavy cream
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • Espresso or strong brewed coffee

Unsweetened coconut milk can be substituted for almond milk in this recipe.

When you buy pumpkin puree make sure it’s NOT the pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin Puree has nothing added to it, sweeteners or additives. Homemade pumpkin puree will also be excellent to use here.

If you want this low carb pumpkin spice latte to taste really good and smell awesome, try using my homemade pumpkin spice mix. You can customize it for your taste.

As for sweeteners, I like to use erythritol. But a monk fruit blend like Lakanto or xylitol would work as well. Keep in mind that if using xylitol, it is dangerous to pets.
