If there’s one more reason to love my Air Fryer, that would be crispy fried chicken wings. Air fryer cooks food by circulating hot air inside making them super crispy. Unlike deep frying Air fryer needs less oil. And I can enjoy these snacks guilt-free.

These buffalo chicken wings in the Air fryer are super crispy, and so flavorful both inside and out. Make them for your next party and wow your guests. My kids are obsessed with them. Air fryer Buffalo chicken wings make a great appetizer or a snack served with a ranch dipping sauce. They’re absolutely delicious on their own too.

My recipes are anything but bland. The secret to flavorful chicken wings is to SEASON them both inside and out. I have a trick up my sleeve when it comes to making crispy Air fryer buffalo wings with all-purpose flour and no eggs.

Seasoned chicken wings are DOUBLE DIPPED in seasoned flour. This means to coat the marinated wings in the flour, dip them in water and coat them in the flour mix again. The flour and water together act as glue for the second coating of flour, making it well seasoned and crispy.
